"Nice makeup overall, with a small shade issue"
I’ve been using this makeup for a bit and overall I’m happy with it. It feels nice on my skin and holds up decently throughout the day. The only thing is the shade was a little off for me, so it’s not perfect, but the quality is definitely good.

"Shipping was fine, but slow and hard to get help"
I ordered from bareminerals.com and the package did show up in good shape, so no complaints about the actual products. But the shipping felt slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a couple days, which was frustrating. What annoyed me most was that it felt like there was no real person to talk to about it, just automated updates that didn’t really tell me anything. It wasn’t a total disaster, but definitely a bit irritating. I’d maybe order again, but not if I needed something quickly

"Easy return and great support"
I accidentally ordered the wrong shade and thought the return process was going to be a hassle, but it ended up being super easy. Customer service got back to me quickly and explained exactly what I needed to do, without making it complicated or asking a bunch of unnecessary questions. I also got my refund faster than I expected. Really happy with how they handled everything, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Really nice products, just a little pricey"
I’ve ordered from bareMinerals a few times now, i’ve been really happy with the quality. The foundation works well for me and lasts quite a while, so I don’t feel too bad spending a little extra on it.
The prices definitely aren’t the cheapest, though, so I usually try to wait for a sale or free shipping before ordering. Overall, I think it’s a solid value and I really like the products, I just wish the regular prices were a bit lower.

"I have sensitive skin, so..."
I have sensitive skin, so I’m always nervous trying something new, but this one didn’t cause any redness at all. that makes it a win for me
